Sheila has handled a number of mortgage refinancing transactions for me during the past 5 years. Sheila also helped me acquire the funding I needed for my recent home purchase in Petaluma. Not only is she a great mortgage broker but is also a creative problem solver. I encountered a number of obstacles during my recent funding process and Sheila was always quick in finding a remedy. Quentin completed a sale for a family property in 2015, and it was a remarkably smooth experience. Quentin walked us through the entire process, from planning, pricing strategy, listing, photography, deal negotiation through closing. He was always available and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had as easy a time as possible selling the house. This was no small task as there were rental tenants involved and the property had been neglected for years. We got our asking price and the deal went about as fast as it could have. I've known Quentin for years, and I would do a deal again with him in a heartbeat.

After trying 3 different real estate agents and different companies, we found Randy Ratto at an open house more than 4 years ago.(no joke, first impressions can make the difference)

Turned out our offer was at the correct appraised value for the house!

Sheila was great, I gave her my criteria and she was able to match homes for me extremely well. She went above and beyond in several instances, she was definitely patient and never bulked at the several homes I request to see, and she was quick to set up viewings that worked with my husband's and my schedule. She is not pushy or looking to make a quick sale, she was able to get us answers to any inquiries we made regarding the homes we looked at and in the end we got the home of our dreams with Sheila's help at an affordable price. I worked with Kendra on buying my first home. She was meticulous on getting my papers, and preparing them for the lenders. As we went through the lending and escrow process, she made sure to stay in touch with me daily so I always knew what was happening. Her personal attention to detail was amazing -- the night she gave us the keys, she met us at the house, and even had a picture of us at our signing waiting for us on the kitchen counter! Jeff Phillips and his assistant are the absolute best mortgage brokers I've ever used. I have bought and sold three different properties and the last refinance I did with Jeff was top notch. I had a delicate situation since I was on title with two other people and self employed . Jeff kept my low interest rate for several days and it was securely locked. I was afraid at first I wasn't going to be able to keep the low interest-rate but Jeff came through and kept the low interest-rate for me. He has an outstanding reputation with all of the reputable banks. I felt like I was his only client! Responded back to me within minutes. Life saver !!!

Sheila helped us sell our property while we are living outside of California. There was work that needed to be done to the property in order to close the deal and she coordinated all the efforts to get the deal closed. This would have been so much harder without her assistance.

Yea, I just bought my first house and I could not have done it without Jeff and his team at HP Investments. I did not think I could even buy a house but when I sat down and figured out my tax deduction, it was cheaper than renting. These people are true professionals. They not only told me what I would qualify for, they actually wanted me to feel comfortable with what the true payment would be including taxes, insurance, utilities, etc. They helped me to navigate the loan process and come out with a low payment, a great interest rate and a happy customer for LIFE!

This review is long overdue! We closed on our first home late January. I started working with Jeff a year prior to us actually going thru with the home buying process. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable in the realm of all things real estate especially the finance portion of it. If you are like me and am completely new to real estate and home buying, you won't regret getting in touch with Jeff and his team. He was very patient and answered all of my many and sometimes dumb questions and never treated me as if I was interrupting his day even during the year that we were not clients yet. I can't say enough that Jeff and his whole team are amazing! Purchasing a home can get very confusing and time consuming. We searched for 6 months and put in multiple bids on multiple properties in this crazy market. Jeff was our cheerleader all the way. Every time we were outbid or going to several different open houses on the weekend, his positive outlook never failed. He knew that the right house for us was out there, we just had to keep pushing forward. If you are house shopping in this market, you know there are a lot of disappointments and it is definitely an emotional roller coaster.
