ZANNIE - BUYER

This review is long overdue! We closed on our first home late January. I started working with Jeff a year prior to us actually going thru with the home buying process. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable in the realm of all things real estate especially the finance portion of it. If you are like me and am completely new to real estate and home buying, you won't regret getting in touch with Jeff and his team. He was very patient and answered all of my many and sometimes dumb questions and never treated me as if I was interrupting his day even during the year that we were not clients yet. I can't say enough that Jeff and his whole team are amazing! Purchasing a home can get very confusing and time consuming. We searched for 6 months and put in multiple bids on multiple properties in this crazy market. Jeff was our cheerleader all the way. Every time we were outbid or going to several different open houses on the weekend, his positive outlook never failed. He knew that the right house for us was out there, we just had to keep pushing forward. If you are house shopping in this market, you know there are a lot of disappointments and it is definitely an emotional roller coaster.
